Ilis.Inc. has as our mission to "give people peace of mind and smiles through work" and operates ILIS CLUB (after-school day care service and child development support) and ILIS PLAN (planning advice support and counseling support for children with disabilities) in Osaka Prefecture.
We deliver peace of mind and smiles while connecting deeply with users and family members through welfare services. Rooted in the local community, we also give peace of mind and smiles to that community, including our customers. Through work, we as working people find purpose and enjoyment, achieve personal growth, and share the fun of working with each other.
We value these three perspectives as we give our best as a local business.
We officer individually tailored habituation by understanding the characteristics of each and every child. It is our wish for the children to be able to live independently when they grow up.
ILIS CLUB (after-school day care service and child development support)
ILIS CLUB is a business that helps children with developmental delays and disabilities to acquire daily life and social skills through activities (group activities, learning, exercise, music).
We take care of children with disabilities and promote their development by engaging with them in groups and individually though games, music, exercise, and so forth. The children can engage in recreative activities and have fun after school and during holidays with contents that is tailored to them.
ILIS PLAN (planning advice support and counseling support for children with disabilities)
ILIS PLAN responds to inquiries from persons with disabilities and family members by giving various advice and information about disability welfare, coordinating contacts with necessary organizations, and creating service use plans with attention to individual needs.
